LOL :( NEVER GIVE UP is my motto after last night :(

I had followed the radar for 5 hours watching blobs moving down from the Midlands. The 0000 update had just a tiny echo left near Bristol after bright colours earlier further North.

So I switched the computer off just after 0030 and watched tv for a while before tiredness sent me to bed....

... 1 last look outside at 0130 and everything was covered in a thin layer of snow but the sky was crystal clear again. It had been reinvigorated in that hour and given us a pretty White Boxing Day :(

Had some small snow flurries coming out of little clouds. From the looks of it Snowdonia and the Berwyns got some more proper snow

apologies for posting so late, went out at 1pm on christmas day and have just returned home after taking a trip to Crewe on Boxing Day after stopping over at someones house on christmas day, finding out the crewe v burnley match was cancelled an hour after arriving and stayed in Northwich.

Anyway as you've probably seen from the other threads the snow got quite heavy in the afternoon on the 25th leaving an inch or so of snow. That's it really for snow in the area. about 1cm or so is still left on the grass in the garden. Ice starting to melt from the trees.
