I've looked for a December thread but not found one. If there is one then pse mods put this in it - thanks

Avge min = 2.9C(2.3C) abs min = -2.3C on 20th

Avge Max = 8.7C(6.9C) abs max = 14.9C on 30th

Mean temp = 5.8C(4.6C)

previous December mean temps:

2003 = 4.4C

2002 = 4.9C

2001 = 3.8C

2000 = 5.8C

1999 = 4.7C

1998 = 5.3C

1997 = 6.0C; so the second joint highest mean in 8 years.

days with 0.2mm or more = 11(16)

***This mean is interestingly just .02c lower than Dec 03.
