It was bright and very windy from the W this morning.

Then steady rain and drizzle from about midday but with much lighter winds.

dreadful rush hour (if you can it that over here!!) 8am gusts of 56knotts SW and heavy rain.a right hooolie! best time was from about 12noon with sunny spells. now still a fairly gusty wind W at 18knotts (gusts 30) and mainly cloudy. had a quick hail shower followed by rain at about 1pm.
