Today started with gale force gusts and driving rain and temp at 11c.

During the morning the wind died completely but there was continuing heavy rain.

It slowly brightened through the afternoon and the temp has dropped gradually to 9c now.

We've had red sky at night, but it's not going to be a shepherds delight tomorrow!
