Just to add a little joy, there was a sleety shower this morning east of Melton mowbry.

sorry about this, nowhere else to post. Had a report of snow, only a 30 second shower yesterday in Burnley. All counts!

A delayed report from yesterday... whilst up on Holmbury Hill in the Surrey Downs, we had a 15/20 minute heavy snow shower - it settled in the last 5 minutes!

the big blob of rain over east coast in lincs area is rain ans just a little sleet under the heavier stuff...i know because im underneath it all..lol. temp just 3c

mainly hail but sum snow mixed in lasted 5 mins in brentwood essex. has stopped now but looking cloudy.

Sorry but since all other threads are closed I would like to say that I saw about half an hour of snow on Sat night which started to lie then melted as it turned back to sleet, Could you include me in the snow league- thanks :lol:

It has been snowing here in North Norfolk for about 30 mins now.

Small flakes then big ones. I have noticed the wind has dropped away today.

Maybe get a frost 2night. Nice to see it snowing as we haven't really had any over the weekend as promised. Worst year for ages so far. :lol:

Anyone getting snow today should count themselves incredibly lucky, temps generally are just too warm (3-5C) and all of the official sites are reporting rain, where there is any precipitation. Good shots from NY Moors on the Breakfast Weather this morning I thought. Looked like about 3-4cm up there.

Have had 4 snow showers here in Canterbury, Kent. Have ranged in intensity but they seem to be getting heavier as the day goes on.

we had a very heavy shower lasting over 20 minutes here between dover and deal in kent at 3.45,even laid on very wet roads :lol:
