Well rather bizarrely, there's about an inch of snow on the ground outside this morning,

Was that supposed to happen ??? It's melting very quickly now mind you.

Brightening this morning but reports of about an inch of rain at low level overnight. Heavy snow over what sounds like about 300ft, roads impassible and localised flooding with power cuts in the country areas with overhead supplies.

Just wondering what it will bring tomorrow

A mostly cloudy but dry day, with occasional bright spells. It did feel quite chilly in the wind earlier on, but after midday it felt warmer as the temperature quickly passed the 12°C mark. This evening has seen a sharp drop in temperature and is still falling, a slight chance of a ground frost if it continues as the wind is now very light. The cool temperatures also chipped 0.1°C from the average for the month, which still remains well above average for now.

Current Temp: 3.8°C

Max Temp: 12.6°C (at 15:09)

Min Temp: 3.2°C (at 03:00)

Humidity: 85%

Pressure: 1008.5hPa (Falling)

Dewpoint: 1.5°C

Wind: S (2mph)

My April average currently stands at 8.9°C (+1.3°C Above the 1971-2000 average).
