Well after a lovely bright sunny day, we had a light shower followed by a brief cloudy spell. It has now cleared again to leave a glorious sunny evening. In the distance I can see some dark stormy clouds, say East of Bristol.

Temp 11.6c

Pressure 997

Wind direction W

Wind speed 12mph.

Latest radar shows the showers have gone.

Very light rain this am. Stopped about 11.30. Bit gusty around 3-4pm. Brilliant sunshine since and very pleasant at about 14C. Temp dropping a bit now to 12C but a beautiful spring evening. Hardly a cloud in the sky. Certainly not as much rain as hoped (or expected) but that's par for the course this close to the Wash - we seem to have a very definite micro-climate around here.

This morning started overcast with rain which was heavy at times, it was also quite windy. By mid-afternoon the rain stopped and the cloud broke to give a few sunny spells. At present the skies are almost totally clear as it has been all evening, a good chance of a ground frost should it continue.
