Very heavy rain shower with thunder lightning

Hi Don, We are getting that storm right now ,very heavy hail and it looks more like winter outside as everything is white,at the start of the storm there was a violent flash to earth about a mile from where I live,temperature is 7.8c with no wind at present,looking west the horizon has a lovely blue sky but it is black to the North and to the east. At this moment it seems to be subsiding but I would not be surprised to see some more hail thunder and lightening.I should have been out on the golf course right now but hurt my back yesterday.

Around mid morning we had 2 lots of hail (pea size) and the sky went dark, then rain and after the sun came out, This afternoon there has been plenty of Towering Cumulonibus and another 2 hail showers, lots of ragged scud clouds. its been very windy this afternoon with winds WNW gusting 27mph.

lot of thundry looking clods arounds todays! very iffys indeedlys! had lot of short sharp showers with the hail mixed innits!! clods is looked very thundry purply creamy convectives indeedlys!

Well what a gorgeous evening at the end of a gorgeous day ;)

Mostly blue skies now and never looked like having a shower all day, there were some cracking street cumulus cloud formations.

I had a wonderful long walk this afternoon ;)

Temp maxxed at 15c.

Now 12c.
