Poole, dorset.

Dry and clear with some high cloud in the form of cirrus.

18c and calm,

not sure about anything else, weather station still needs to be put back up after my move, should be up soon hopefully. Been very busy lately.

Hopefully tomorrow hot and sunny, looking forward to another day at the beach!

Report for Tuesday 21st June 2005, Readings taken at 23:55.

A mostly sunny day with patchy cloud and a light westerly breeze. It was slightly cooler than the last few days which meant along with much the lower humidity it felt very pleasant indeed. At present it is clear and slowly cooling down, but the humidity is still low so tonight should be relatively comfortable. My June 2005 average is quickly rising still and with the upcoming second warm spell it could still end up the warmest June on record.

Current Temp: 15.4°C

Max Temp: 23.4°C (at 14:48)

Min Temp: 13.5°C (at 03:13)

Humidity: 66%

Min Humidity: 49% (at 19:29)

Pressure: 1020.4hPa (Rising)

Dewpoint: 9.0°C

Wind: NNW (Calm)

Rain Today: 0.0mm

My June average currently stands at 15.4°C (+1.3°C Above the 1971-2000 average).

Dubai Floods: Another Warning Sign for Desert Regions?

The flooding in the Middle East desert city of Dubai earlier in the week followed record-breaking rainfall.
