Report for Wednesday 29th June 2005, Readings taken at 23:50.

A wet, cool and miserable day. The rain arrived at 1am accompanied by thunder and high winds. By morning this the rain was more drizzly in nature and continued until around the early-afternoon. It then remained dry and overcast, with the light rain returning later in the evening along with with some mist. With a maximum of only 16.5°C it was below average in terms of temperature, but there has been some much needed rain: 7.7mm in total, bringing the monthly total so far to 39.3mm.
