We've just had a 30-minute patch of warm sunshine but the sky is growing dark with psychedelic mammatus. The sky is literally black towards Bristol itself. There is a rain cascade heading straight for my house but behind it I can see blue sky. Maybe I'll get a shower here :)

Well, no thunderstorm, no rain either. Oh, hold on, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I told you I would scream. I'll try and get a picture of that mammatus and post it but there have been problems with my computer recently so don't keep your hopes up too high.

A rather odd day with my area being right on the weak frontal boundary.

Mostly cloudy, showers/light rain at times but also when the frontal zone moved away there were warm sunny spells.

A cool NW breeze and max of 21c.

Cloudy and 16c now.

The cloud lingered for the best part of the afternoon giving sparodic dispalys of mammatus. There were a few spots of rain but the cloud has just cleared and I'm just watching the sun going down.

Current Temperature: 18C
