Once again a great summers day,a fair amount of upper cloud and Cumulus clouds present.Temps are currently at 19C here so quite warm although not as warm as yesterday so far.Pressure currently at 1017mbs and ever so slightly dropping.

Congratulations August - you have given me the first morning where I can go out running in mild air.

It's been a lovely, sunny day here in Bristol. The skies were clear all morning but a patch of cumulus has been seen to the west and there has been increasing cirrus in the last hour. Temperatures peaked upto a high of 28C (in the shade!!!) at 3pm but have now fallen to a constant 26C. And the better thing is - it hasn't been humid at all.

Absolutely glorious day, warm at 24C but not excessively humid. The dry air's preventing the sort of sticky nights we tend to get at this time of year too, and meaning we've had less build up of cumulus. Perfect weather for outdoors (shame I'm stuck in the office )

it has now clouded over alot since this morning although there are a few breaks to the far north,thankfully this cloud is mainly very capped in nature and therefore shallow in nature,however temps have dropped a little,down to 18C now,pressure down to 1016 and dropping slowly at the moment still,probably will reach 1015mbs.

After a mostly cloudy day it has rained lightly for the last couple of hours,however just 6 miles to the east of me there was an hour and a half of very heavy rain. Current temperature 14.3c,humidity 85%, calm, barometer 1017 mb and falling slowly.

Beginning to see a wall of heavy cumulus congestus cloud come towards us. Some virga has been noticed coming from the base of the cloud but still warm with a temperature of 21.5C. Ah - I've just seen a drop of rain - very big drop of rain but the sun is still shining.

Just sitting here looking out of my back door and the sky is black,not a leaf moving anywhere and quite warm. Certainly looks very stormy,especially out over the pennines. We due any action anyone know?
