Overcast day, with the suggestion of rain always in the air. Mid afternoon the heavens opened, and I feel there will be no stopping it now for a very, very long time.

Yes it did look rather nice inland. The west coast was shrouded in cloud though.

Another warm day, though not particularly bright or dry. It was a mostly cloudy start with the odd sunny spell, but quickly became overcast as a cold front passed over around midday. Late-afternoon saw the arrival of rain, which became heavier into the evening. It is currently dry but very warm and humid once more. Todays minima of 15.2°C is the highest September minima I have ever recorded.
