There were some sunny spells around today, but cloud was stubborn at times with even a few spits of rain in the afternoon. Now, broken cloud and milder than recent nights.

Report for Tuesday 20th September 2005, Readings taken at 22:50.

The day started off bright and sunny after a mild and mostly cloudy night. By late-morning it had become dull and overcast, which lasted well into the afternoon. From mid-afternoon onwards the cloud burnt back to leave a warm and sunny end to the day, becoming clear by nightfall. Temperatures were once again well above average for the time of year, both by day and night.
