May be the odd flash of lightning from some heavy cells in the west today...quite a bit of warm humid air being pushed aloft at the mo.

If anyone see's or hears something...please post here.

EDIT - Sferics showed some lightning strikes in central Wales and some lightning NE of Bristol. Anyone confirm this?

Just been a sharp shower here and one lightning strike (fairly close). Looks like some other thunder-heads approaching.

By the way, I thought today was Sunday.....not Monday. I hope so!

:)

Hey guys and gals eat yer hearts out. Just had a thunderstorm pop up out of nowhere. Thunder very loud for about 10 minutes - a clap every 30 seconds. Lightening, very gusty winds but no rain. Approached suddenly from the West - now back to blue skies but looks like another one on the way.

Seen nothing today, but i have seen a rather large cell form to my East and may have given a very heavy downpour and some thunder. Here is the link to the pic again: -

(BTW - Could someone in the forum delete the other thread and incorporate its' related posts into this one as i accidentally labelled it 'Monday')
