Two pictures from today's fog and frost.

1. Ice forming into an icicle on leaves in my garden

2. A stunning cobweb covered in thick rime frost

Shame it's not black and white this one really.

Yeah, it seems pretty good. I never used the one you have so i cant comment on if it's any better or not. I think cloudburst might have? He does a lot of image editing ;)

Andy, Ross thanks for that.

Wanted to show just how foggy it was! Any woo, here's some from the Woodhead trail on Sunday. Yes that is the infamous A628 Woodhead Pass in the background.

By the way, the reserviour was EMPTY until late September, so gives you some idea of therain we've had since then!

The two following photo's were taken in the summer of this from my back garden. The sunset was superb and the colours that arrayed around the trees were fantastic.

This was the first I took:

and as the sunset "hotted up" here is the second

There were more, but I think 2 is enough :) .

Ok, so this isn't a lot of snow, it isn't a pretty Autumn tree, it isn't a sunset or a cloud. But what it does is capture the meeting of Autumn and Winter that happened this November morning after a snow shower.
