After a clear and cold night it became milder and clouded over by sunrise. The whole day was then overcast with some light mist at times. With a maxima of only 9.9°C, it was the first day not to make double figures since April 20th 2005. The minima was also the lowest so far this Autumn, and the coldest since April 22nd 2005. On the whole, the day saw a gradual warming trend, with the last few hours becoming extremely mild.
