Patchy blue ski here with some very dark and heavey looking clouds comining from the west. Windy, temperature droping after peaking at 9.3C at midnight - now at 7.4. Barometer is droping fast at 1014.6. strongest gust at 35.4 km/hr (04:55). looked as though some heavey rain was falling on the mountains which has now stopped - hope it turns to snow.

Well just had an amazing event here - approaching omnious cloud and then bang thunder and huge flashes of lightning ..then a deluge of hail.

what a difference in 24 hours. At 9pm last night, misty with temp of -1.7C

this morning 8c and cloudy with some brightness showing. I think the 1st cold front has gone thro' as the dewpoint is starting to fall.
