Very calm and cloudy. The front has passed thru to introduce artic air. About 2-3 inches of snow fell last night. Now its just still and grey

Report for Sunday 27th November 2005, Readings taken at 23:20.

A mixture of sunny spells and heavy rain/hail showers. The first of these showers occured just after midday and was accompanied by a large temperature drop. From then on the temperature stayed below 4°C and the showers became more prolonged and regular. Overall it was another very cold day for the time of year, the 12th in a row now. Due to this cold spell, my November average is now equal to the mean for the first time, a massive drop from the midmonth value of 9.8°C.

Exceptionally stable temperature here in SW London: it's been showing an unchanging 4.6C (under cloudy skies) for the last 6 1/2 hours - since about 5.30.

Ah - Sod's Law: it's just dropped 0.2C while I was writing the above !

Stable temperature here too, varying between 2.6ºC and 2.8ºC for the last few hours under variable cloud cover. One or two light sleety showers have came and went, but no snow.
