Severe WEATHER WARNING – Heavy Rain over Devon and Cornwall Tonight.

Tonight – The evening will start with heavy rain in the south west and with clear spells in northern spots and a lot of cloud in between, during the evening and overnight, showers will spread over many southern parts of England and Wales, with it staying mainly dry with some clear spells further north, temps 9-12c in Scotland, 10-15c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow – Dry generally over Scotland but with some mist, this also effecting NE coastal England but with clear spells further west. Much of Central and southern England, Wales will have some heavy showers form the outset, possibly a little drier over SW England, with some sun and cloud over N Ireland.

The afternoon, will see the showers develop quite widely across the UK with some heavy and prolonged rain possible in places so a very unsettled day. Temps 16-18c over Scotland, 17-21c over England and Wales.

Friday - More showers across the UK, with perhaps the chance of prolonged rain in S Scotland and NE England, temps 15-20c over Scotland, 17-21c over England and Wales.

Saturday - Further showers but less than on Thursday and Friday temps similar to Friday.

Summary – Thunderstorms for parts of the Midlands and Northern England this evening

Tonight – As mentioned above thunderstorms will effect Northern England and the Midlands this evening tonight and these will tend to move North as the evening goes on further in to Northern England and Scotland. Any showers in southern parts will die away for a time, but further heavy frontal rain will push into SE areas later on in the night, Temps 13-15c generally across the UK.

Tomorrow – Some very unseasonal weather with rain or showers over much of the UK. The worst of the weather will tend to be in NE England and SE Scotland with persistent heavy rain which may give localised flooding in places. Much of Southern England and Wales, N Ireland and SW Scotland will see a mix of heavy showers with some hail and thunder and some sunny intervals. The best of the weather for N Scotland where it should be mainly dry.

The afternoon will see not that much changing with showers over much of the UK, further heavy rain in NE England and SE Scotland, with dry weather for N Scotland. Temps 17-19c over Scotland, 18-22c over England and Wales.

Saturday - Further heavy rain for NE England and SE Scotland with an increased risk of localised flooding, most other spots will see a mix of sunshine and some showers again heavy in places with some hail and thunder, temps 14-19c in Scotland, 20-22c over England and Wales.

Sunday - Drier in most places with some brighter spells, temps 19-21c over England and Wales, 14-17c on Scotland.

Summary – Some very heavy rain for S Scotland and NE England this evening.

Tonight – Some very heavy rain for S Scotland and NE England tonight, most other places will tend to have a few showers, although more general rain will edge back in to West Wales by morning, temps 12-15c across the UK.

Tomorrow – Some heavy rain to start in Central Scotland but at least it should be drier in SE Scotland and NE England with some sunny spells possible in NE England later, Southern England will tend to be dry with some brighter spells, but it will be damp in SW England and there will be a wet start over westerner parts of Wales, with a few showers in Northern Ireland.

The afternoon will see most places at the risk of a shower, thundery in places, but SE England looks likely to be the driest and brightest place, with some prolonged showers possible for Western areas, temps 18-22c.

Sunday - the SW should tend to be drier as pressure builds, but showers are possible elsewhere, but probably not as heavy or frequent as recently, temps 14-18c in Scotland, 17-22 over England and Wales.

Summary – Clear Spells tonight

Tonight – Many spots having clear spells as the last of the cloud and showery rain pushes away from eastern areas, however more cloud will start advancing in western areas ahead of the next rain system tomorrow, temps 10-14c over England and Wales, 11-12c over Scotland.

Tomorrow – Sunny to start over Central Southern England and SE England, although there may be a little cloud on the coasts to start, much of the rest of the UK should be mainly cloudy perhaps with a little mist over Scotland but this should clear. Rain will start to advance into Western parts of Northern Ireland and the far west of Wales and SW England although this is likely to mainly patchy in nature.

The afternoon will see the cloud push further eastwards so that only the far SE is likely to be remain sunny, it should turn damper in SW England and West Wales although the rain should be patchy, the heaviest and most persistent of the rain always is in Northern Ireland, temps 15-18c over Scotland, 19-20 over England and Wales.

Wednesday - Rain over much of England and Wales, drier in Scotland and N Ireland, temps 15-19c over Scotland, 17-21c over England and Wales.

Thursday - Sunny in many southern areas to start, but more rain will spread in to many parts later, temps similar to Wednesday.

Summary –Tonight Dry and Chilly

Tonight – Many spots having clear spells, however more cloud will start advancing in western areas with some showery rain possible for NW Scotland and SW England by morning, temps 7-12c over England and Wales, 10-11c over Scotland.

Tomorrow – Rain will start to advance into Northern Ireland and the far west of Wales and SW England although this is likely to mainly patchy in nature with some showery rain for NW Scotland. Sunny to start over SE Scotland, although there may be some cloud over the central lowlands, some sun for the east midlands and E Anglia although more cloud is likely for much of southern England and the west midlands.

The afternoon will see the cloud continue to advance eastwards, with cloud enveloping much of the UK, apart from the Far East coast. Damp in the west with some patchy rain for SW England, south Wales, with the heaviest of the rain reserved for Northern Ireland, temps 14-19c over Scotland, 18-21c over England and Wales.

Weekend - A mixed bag with a mix of sun and showers and longer spells of rain, Saturday sees the best of the weather in the east, while Sunday see the west having the best of the weather, temps 17-20c generally.

The afternoon will the cloud and rain advancing steadily form the west, with some heavy rain for N Ireland, SW England and Wales, cloudy but dry in Scotland, with some sunny spells lingering in SE England, temps 14-17c in Scotland, 15-20c over England and Wales.

Thursday - Rain over many southern areas but a front straddling these parts, sunny intervals, further north temps 15-20 in Scotland, 20-22 over England and Wales.

Friday - More rain for Wales and central England, and the far north of Scotland, drier and brighter elsewhere, temps 15-19c in Scotland, 20-22 over England and Wales.

Summary –Tonight Mild and Damp

Tonight – Rain in Wales, N Ireland and SW England moving East and tending to die out as it does so, mist and murk for many areas with more general rain for W Scotland and NW England, temps 13-15c over England and Wales, 10-12c over Scotland.

Tomorrow –Damp over Scotland with some rain in places, some heavy rain for N England, drier further south for the Midlands and SE parts, with some misty and murky conditions likely for S Wales and SW England, Dry for N Ireland.

The afternoon will see front moving slightly south, so rain for N Wales and N England, drier but rather cloudy further south, north of the rain band for N Ireland and Scotland, there will be a mix of sunshine and showers. temps 15-20c in Scotland, 18-24c over England and Wales.

Friday - Rain for the SE, with some showers elsewhere with some sunny intervals, temps 15-20c in Scotland, 20-23c over England and Wales.

Saturday - More rain in the west slowly pushing east during the day, temps 14-17c in Scotland, 19-21 over England and Wales.

SEVERE WEATHER WARNING –Tonight for North Wales

Tonight – A band of heavy rain moving SE overnight, with rain for North Wales and N England moving into SW England and South Wales later, drier for Scotland and N Ireland but with some showers, dry in SE parts, with a few clear spells possible, temps 12-13c over England and Wales, 14-16c over Scotland.

Tomorrow – Heavy rain to start over SW England and SE Wales, behind the rain band most places will have a mix of sunshine and showers with blustery condition, the heaviest of the showers in W Scotland.

The afternoon will the brighter spells disappear as the rapidly fragmenting rain band will push into SE England, with sun and showers elsewhere, temps 16-20c in Scotland, 19-22 over England and Wales.

Saturday - Washout conditions for much of southern UK, drier in central areas and southern Scotland where a few sunnier spells are possible, with more rain for northern Scotland, temps 15-17c over Scotland, 17-21c over England and Wales.

Sunday - rain for SE England and N Scotland, most other places dry with sunny intervals, temps 17-23c.

WEATHER WARNING –Heavy Rain for NW Scotland rest of today

Tonight – Rain to start for Scotland, N Ireland this edging south into S Scotland, N England and N Ireland, turning drier in the far north later, SE England should be dry with a few clear spells, dry elsewhere but with a little mist in the far SW, temps 11-15c in Scotland, 16-19c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow – Some rain to start for N Ireland, NW England, NW Wales and SW Scotland for a time here. Drier over the rest of Scotland with a few brighter spells in the SE, Over Southern England drier generally over eastern areas, with a few sunny spells inland, more cloud and mist for S coasts of England, cloudy and dry over Wales.

The afternoon will continue to see the rain push southwards into N Ireland and NW England; most other parts dry with some sunny spells developing SE England. Temps 13-18c in Scotland, 20-27c over England and Wales, with the warmest of the weather for SE England.

Thursday - cloudy and damp to start in SE England as the rain band continues to push south, decent sunny spells developing elsewhere but cooler as the warm front pushes south, temps 13-18c in Scotland, 19-21c over England and Wales.

Friday - Decent sunny spells quite widely with a lot of dry weather, temps 13-17c in Scotland, 18-21c over England and Wales.

WEATHER WARNING –Cooler and Dry tonight

Tonight – A mix of clear spells and some cloud tonight, mainly dry in most spots, with perhaps a few showers in NE areas later, temps 9-10c in Scotland, 10-15c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow – N Ireland with see some cloud and a few showers, although these will tend to push away as it turns drier and brighter for the afternoon. There will also be a few showers to start in N Scotland but these too should push away, with brighter weather following in later. Most other spots will tend to be brighter with decent sunny spells. The afternoon looks mainly sunny in most spots, as the weather finally settlers down, temps 18-21c but feeling cooler than recently due to the northerly breeze, especially in the south.

Friday - A Sunny Day generally, temps 17-21c.

Outlook - Settled into the weekend and turning warmer.

Tonight – Most places will have some clear spells tonight, but perhaps there maybe a little cloud in NE Scotland, there may be alittle ground frost in sheltered spots form the Midlands northwards, temps 5-10c in Scotland, 7-10c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow – Most places will be bright with long sunny spells, there may be a little more cloud to start in SW England, and in NE Scotland where there may be a few showers, there may also be some mist to start over Northern Ireland. The afternoon will again see most places Sunny but more cloud may develop over E Anglia later, still a little bit of cloud over N Scotland but it should turn sunnier over N Ireland, temps 14-19c in Scotland, 18-22c over England and Wales.

Saturday - Sunny and clear, temps 16-19c in Scotland, 20-22c over England and Wales, perhaps a little more cloud into the west later.

Sunday - Sunny in most posts, but more cloud edging into the west, temps 17-20c in Scotland, 22-25c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow – Sunny to start in West Wales, N Ireland, the Midlands, Southern England and most of Scotland, there will be some high cloud for Eastern Wales, N Ireland with more general cloud for the far North of Scotland. The afternoon will be bright and sunny with most cloud generally tending to break up, temps 15-20c in Scotland, 20-22c over England and Wales.

Sunday - Sunny in most posts, but more cloud edging into the west for N Ireland, SW England and West Wales, temps 16-20c in Scotland, 21-26c over England and Wales.

Summary – Humid and Misty tonight

Tonight – A few showers developing tonight, cloudy in the west, clearer in the east, temps 12-14c in Scotland, 14-17c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow – Rain edging into N Ireland with some showers or damp weather ahead of the band for Wales, SW England and W Scotland, brighter weather for SE Scotland, East Anglia and SE England.

The afternoon will see the rain band continuing to slowly push eastwards into Wales, W Scotland, N Ireland and SW England. Drier further east with a mix of the odd shower and some sunny spells temps 15-19c in Scotland, 21-24c over England and Wales.

During the evening the rain will continue to push east and tend to fizzle out as it does so, however the far SE is likely to see very heavy showers developing.

Thursday - A few showers are possible, but with some persistent and heavy rain possibly lingering in the Far East, temps starting to cool back down.

Summary – Deep Low to the north of the UK, Tonight Mild and Breezy

Tonight – A lot of cloud with patchy rain spreading across the UK from the West, tending to die out in many places but leaving behind damp drizzly weather over Wales and SW England. A further area of rain will edge into W Scotland, with some heavy rain here later, Temps 12-13c in Scotland, 13-17c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow – Rain over W Scotland to start, with some strong winds here, cloudy but dry over much of the rest of the UK with some brightness possible over Central parts of England and Wales, and over N Ireland.

The afternoon will see rain continuing over w Scotland, cloud will tend to advance over more southern areas, with mist and low cloud over SW parts, but it my remain Bright over the far east of Scotland and England. Temps 14-18c over Scotland, 19-21c over England and Wales.

Friday - Showers over most spots with some sunny intervals possible, temps 16-17c over Scotland, 18-21 over England and Wales.

Saturday - Some showers in the west, brighter generally, temps 18-20c.

Tomorrow – Ahead of a low pressure in the Atlantic, showers will tend to push up from the South West. In the morning, there will be showers in SE England, NW England, W Scotland, Wales and SW England. It should be cloudy but dry in N Ireland, with a lot of cloud in S Scotland with some mist and fog in the south, with some brighter spells over central parts of southern England.

The afternoon will see showers continuing for W Scotland and NW England, the showers easing back in SW England and Wales with more sunny intervals. The showers becoming more widespread and heavy over the Midlands, with some thunder possible, other places will see a mix of sun and showers, Temps 15-17c in Scotland, 18-21c over England and Wales.

Saturday - Rain edging into N Ireland with showers in other western parts, drier and brighter further east temps 15-18, 20c in the far south.

Sunday - Further showers in the west, drier in the east, temps 14-16c in Scotland, 17-19c over England and Wales.

Summary - turning chilly tonight

Tonight -Some showers tonight for S Scotland, NE England, Eastern parts of Northern Ireland and Wales, but it will tend to be drier and clearer for South Eastern parts of England, Temps 8-10c in Scotland, 7-11c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow - Showers to start in E Scotland, the far North East of England, eastern parts of N Ireland, and SW England and South Wales. NW England especially the Merseyside and Manchester area is likely to see some persistent rain which is likely to continue for much of the day. Again the best of weather reserved for SE England with some sunny spells here.

The afternoon will see showers in S Scotland tending to push south into NE England, some showers for n Ireland with rain continuing for the Merseyside area into north Wales.

South Wales, and much of southern England should be mainly dry with decent sunny spells. Temps 12-14c in Scotland, 15-18c over England and Wales.

Wednesday- A mixed bag really with some showers and sunny spells, most of the showers in the west although some are also possible over eastern coastal parts, Temps 10-14c in Scotland, 14-17c over England and Wales.

Thursday - A band of rain will sweep across the country form west to east, with rain early in the West, but brighter weather to start over eastern parts, Temps 11-15c in Scotland, 14-17c over England and Wales.

Tonight -A few showers to start tonight mainly in the North West but these will tend to die out, temps falling to 6-7c in urban Scotland, 8-9c in urban England and Wales, but close to 1c in Highland Scotland, and 3c in Mid Wales.

Tomorrow - Showers to start in SE Scotland, SW England, N Ireland and West Wales but largely dry elsewhere with decent sunny spells for much of Scotland, NW England, the midlands and much of southern england.

The afternoon will see showers developing more in Western areas, so N Ireland, Wales, SW and NW England will see showers, with a few showers all possible in W Scotland and Southern coasts of England.

Further East there should be brighter spells in E Scotland, NE England, E Anglia and the Midlands. Temps 12-14c in Scotland, 16-18c over England and Wales.

Thursday - Rain in western parts to start but spreading across all parts during the day, temps 12-14c in Scotland, 16-18c over England and Wales, very windy too from the west.

Friday - Very windy with blustery showers, temps 14-18c.

Tomorrow - An unsettled day over most parts, with strong winds, of 40mph in N Ireland and W Scotland, 35mph over SW parts, and gusting to 60mph at times in both these areas.

There will be further rain across the UK persistent in places especially in the west, drier at times in the east. Temps 13c in Scotland, 16c over England and Wales.

Saturday - A much brighter day as a ridge of High pressure nudges up from the south, most places will be dry with some sunny spells, Temps 11-15c in Scotland, 15-16c over England and Wales.

Sunday - Cloudy but dry in most places but rain may approach the far South West later in the day, Temps 13-17c in Scotland, 17-18c over England and Wales.

Summary - Patchy Fog and Frost (tonight)

Tonight - A clear start for most of the UK tonight, but with some cloud over SE England, this will extend eastwards to cover much of southern England overnight, but it should remain clear over western parts of Wales, SW England, and much of Northern England, Scotland and N Ireland. This will lead to some mist and fog patches developing and some frost in sheltered spots, temps 2-8c in Scotland, 4-15c over England and Wales, bring much milder in the cloudier SE.

Tomorrow - Much of northern Britain will be sunny but with the threat of mist and fog, although this should tend to clear during the day. Southern England and Wales should have clouded over with some rain over SE England.

The afternoon will see cloud edging into Northern England, with some showery rain over much of southern England and Wales. Scotland is likely to remain mainly sunny, temps 14-15c in Scotland, 15-12c over England and Wales.

Wednesday – Frontal rain will push from the west during the Day, temps 15-18c in Scotland, 17-21c over England and Wales.

Thursday - A mainly sunny day for western parts, cloudier in the east, with some rain in the SE, temps 15-18c over Scotland, 17-18c over England and Wales.

Summary - Heavy Rain

Tonight - A cold front will push in from the west tonight into bringing rain to Wales, SW England and N Ireland, with some heavy bursts likely, it will tend to be drier elsewhere although cloud levels will start to increase from the west, temps 10-12c in Scotland, 14-16c over England and Wales, bring much milder in the north than last night.

Tomorrow - Rain to start for Wales, SW England and N Ireland, drier for much of the rest of the UK with quite a lot of cloud and some mist and fog patches in parts of Scotland.

The afternoon will see the rain steadily moving NE so that by late afternoon the rain will effect eastern parts of N Ireland, W Scotland, central pars of N England, running through the midlands, remaining dry but cloudy in the SE, while Wales and SW England should turn drier later. Temps 13-17c in Scotland, 16-19c over England and Wales.

Thursday and Friday - high pressure will push in over the UK bringing settled and dry weather to most places, with variable cloud amounts, temps 13-17c in Scotland, 16-19c over England and Wales

Summary - Thick Fog tonight

Tonight - A mainly clear night over most spots especially in the east, but mist and fog patches will developing quite widely during the night across England and Wales with some dense patches possible. Temps 6-11c in Scotland, 7-11c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow - A grey start over Northern England with think fog in places, lingering in places including the Vale of York, Misty too over much of Southern England and East Wales, less fog in west Wales but cloudy here, but most places will see the fog lift during the morning. Northern Ireland and W Scotland should be cloudy but east Scotland should be Bright.

The afternoon will see cloudy conditions for western Scotland, but brighter in the east. Northern England will be mainly cloudy with a few lingering fig patches slowly lifting. Southern England and Wales is likely to have a mix of sunny intervals and cloud with the best of the brightness towards the southwest, with a mix of sun and cloud for Northern Ireland. Temps 17-19c generally.

Saturday - A mainly dry day in most places with the best of the sun in the west, cloudier in the east with the chance of the odd light showers here, temps 16-18c.

Sunday - another mainly dry day with the best of the brightness in the east, although, it will tend to be brighter in the west later, temps 15-17c over Scotland, 16-19 over England and Wales.

Summary - Tonight Wet and Windy

Tonight - Rain will push in tonight for Southern parts of England and Wales before starting to fade and push away to the south overnight. Another band of rain is likely for northern Scotland, with some drier weather for Southern Scotland and Northern England with a few mist and fog patches developing here, Temps 4-8c in Scotland, 9-11c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow - Rain to start over northern Scotland 4c, cloudier but dry in southern Scotland 7c.

Northern England will have mist to start but brighter spells will soon develop here. Cloudy over much of southern England and Wales although it should start to turn brighter here later 11c, while North Wales should turn sunny fairly early on, while northern Ireland will turn cloudy later.

A much better afternoon for much of England and Wales with decent sunny spells, showers will develop for NW England and north wales, with showers continuing for Scotland, Temps 9-11c in Scotland, 12-15c over England and Wales.

Wednesday - Some showers for a time in Scotland these easing away, some brighter spells over northern England, with heavy rain edging into southern parts later, temps 8-11c in Scotland, 12-17 over England and Wales.

Thursday - Rain pushing away to the north with sunshine and showers following on on behind, temps 10-11c in scotland, 14-16 over England and Wales.

Tonight - This evening it will be dry and clear over much of England and Wales, but cloudy over Northern Ireland and Northern England, with rain for much of Scotland. Cloud will soon start to advance into southern and western areas with rain spreading into SW England and south Wales. Remaining cloudy over much of N England and Scotland although the rain may die out later in Scotland, and become confined to E parts. A few clearer spells are likely in E England, temps 0c in Shetland, up to 8c in southern Scotland, 4-8c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow - Showery rain continuing for N Scotland, with cloudy and misty conditions for S Scotland, N Ireland, and N England although this may clear as the morning progresses. A very wet start further south as heavy rain tend sot edge up form the south for much of the Midlands, east Anglia, Wales and southern England, with winds conditions likely for SW parts.

The afternoon will see the rain continuing over many southern areas being particularly heavy for S Wales and SW England with patchier rain likely further east, the rain will edge into N Ireland, N England and S Scotland later in the afternoon, with N Scotland remaining dry from the main rain band but showers continuing here, temps 8-11c, in Scotland, 9-14c over England and Wales.

Thursday - Drier over England and Wales with some sunny intervals with the odd showers for N England, rain for Scotland and N Ireland, temps 7-10c in Scotland, 15-18c over England and Wales, and windy again in the south.

Friday - Showery rain in southern areas, with some brighter weather to the north and west with another rain band starting to edge in from the west, temps 9-12c over Scotland, 12-15c over England and Wales.

WARNING - Heavy Rain and Gales for NE England and E Scotland for tonight

Tonight - A split in the weather tonight with much of England and Wales dry with some clear spells, but with some heavy rain and gales force winds in parts of NE England and Scotland although this will tend to edge away to the east during the night, However by the end of the night, the next frontal band will edge into the west. Temps 6-7c in Scotland, 4-8c over England and Wales.

Tomorrow - Rain to start for Northern Ireland and Western Scotland, much of the rest of the UK will tend to be cloudy with some damp weather for SW England and Wales, with the best of the sunshine reserved for the far south of England.

Further rain and misty conditions expected for Scotland especially in the west, it will tend to be damp with fog over northern England, cloudy in N Ireland, while there should be light patchy rain for Wales and SW England, again the best of the sun reserved for southern England. Temps 9-11c, in Scotland, 11-15c over England and Wales.

Saturday - Another unsettled day with another band of rain pushing in from the west, most places are likely to see some rain or showers, the heaviest in northern and western parts, 10-15c in Scotland, 14-16c over England and Wales, and windy again in the south.

Sunday - A much better day with long sunny spells for much if the UK, but possibly a little more cloud in the far SW of England, temps 11-15c over Scotland, 15-17c over England and Wales.

Monday - Cloudy in most places with some rain in the north, Temps 9-17c over Scotland and 15-16c over England and Wales.
