Been a fair but rather cloudy day all in all. Not much sunshine and very cold at the start of the day but still reached 9C this afternoon making it kinda pleasant.

Rather upset at the moment as my cat had to be put down due to illness and old age.

Last night was the coldest this month so far, with thick freezing fog which lingered well into the afternoon. It then became sunny for a time, with the temperature rising accordingly, but still not above 5°C. The last few hours have seen the milder air move in, but overcast conditions along with it.
