Started snowing here around 7 am very light covering but not turned to wet snow and very light the odd flake passing the window. The tempreture outside is melting the snow on the roads but its still on the roofs of cars and house's and a lght covering on the grass. The weather man said the same thing on sunday morning. By the way did anyone see my post for Snow on the 15th ?

Wet snow / sleet here in Brighton. Not settling. Maybe will be on higher ground further from the coast. Will check out the downs later.

What a lovely surprise this morning! Woke to a 1 or 2cm dusting, roofs covered, and it's still snowing (albeit a little wetly) now!

Radar shows a pretty extensive area of light ppn too - lets see how it lasts.

For the record - temp 0.5c, dewpoint -1.5c, humidity 88%

To all those who said winter was over........ :)

Been snowing here in Bracknell for the past Hour or so, but just starting to thin out now. Some had settled on rooftops and the cars but nothing significant. :)

Just started to snow really heavy again.... :)

Again like the others very surprised to wake to a sugar coating dusting of snow, heavier on the cars and roofs, look at the radar for 5-7am and the heavier greens and yellows slap bang over the Thames Estuary. Nice surprise.

Snowing here, started at 0920, following about an hour of rain. Although quite heavy and reasonable size flakes, it is too wet to settle at present.

Quite heavy snowfall here in WGC Herts, with large flakes. Don't think it's settling though, as the ground is wet due to sleet. :)

Has been snowing for 50 mins here in Thurleigh, with some large flakes, giving a dusting on the grass and gravel but hardly any on the paving slabs.

Temperature dropped from 1.4c at 0900 to 0.5c at 1000.
