Suddenly its fog bound outside. In the past 30 minutes the visibility has dropped rapidly down to 100m, wouldn't be surprised if it gets less. I can barely see the house behind my back garden!

Was -1.6C 30 minutes ago, now has risen to -1.2C. 98% humidity.

Probably the thickest fog i've seen all winter and amazed by how rapidly it has descended.

Well very contrary conditions here to the previous post from Bristol. 25 ish miles away we had a hard frost at -4c, dense freezing fog that lifted to mist from midday - 14.00 with a little hazy sunshine, the temp maxxed at just 2c and the fog has been gradually thickening up towards dusk. 2c now, calm and foggy.
