    Hello folks

Post up photos taken during February in this thread.

From this month, we have decided to limit the number of entries per person to three. This is due to the sheer volume of photos entered into the recent competitions and feedback from people voting that suggests they are being put off by the time it takes to go through the galleries.

Voting on the February photos will commence in early March - springtime!!!

The winning photo will be published in the 2007 N-W Calendar which will make a fantastic Christmas pressie in 325 days time :p

Just a quick one i took yesterday down at the beach, wasn't a good day for photography. I would have got the isle of Arran in this shot if it was a clear day.

Hi, I have just joined and after having a look round this looks like a great forum so hello everyone! I would like to add some pics to the February competition after returning from Iceland but not sure if the photos have to be from the UK - if they do then I just hope you enjoy looking at them and good luck to whoever wins there are some lovely photos on here. Regards Plushi

Hi everyone, here are my entries for the month of Feb.All three are pictures of Rime frost which i have never seen before.

Picture 1 The frozen grass in this picture reminds me of miniture pampass grasses.

    post-4688-1140967268_thumb.jpg

Picture 2 I could'nt believe how much frost had built-up on these Old grass stalks.

    post-4688-1140967454_thumb.jpg

Picture 3 I love the shape of the branches and the transparency of the frost.

    Cheers.

    Chris...
