Well I came online to report a lot of snow in south manchester/cheshire but it has turned to rain and is melting quickly!

Cloudy and cool this morning. No frost and just had a sleety/rain shower (very light) but sunny towards the west. Milder this morning as it is already 3.6C.

We managed to get another covering lasdt night. About 1 cm or so. NOt as cold last night, only down to -1.8c. Do'nt expect much more in the way of snow, but definitley count myself as one of the lucky ones.

lovely sunny day after another slight air frost, just -0.4C but -5C on the ground. Any traces of snow now all but gone. Temp at about 5C
