1cm of snow in the heart of the city centre this morning.

Was sunshining - now snowing heavily again. Wish it would bugger off.

30 mins now of steady but not heavy snow, if it keeps going like this all day I reckon we could have 1-2 cms (!). Oh - it's easing off, make that 0.25 - 0.5 cms.

Few flakes in the wind a little while ago, now stopped. Flakes fell at the rate of oh. there's one...and there's another...a few more...oh it stopped. But they were a nice size (about 10p) and it keeps us out of that exclusive club Abingdon is in :-)

Light snow has been falling since before 6 this morning (sometimes out of a clear sky) Must be the blob on precip. radar trawling in from Humberside (and hitting M/cr?).

Snow showers, not settling.

For days of snow falling this is now the record snowiest March I have ever experienced since I started taking records.

had about 2 hours of snow, mostly slight but a few brief increases to moderate, now stopped with some blue sky appearing. Never settled. I would assume this was the upper trough whicis now clearing west from here?

That graupel shower was really heavy and very impressive...white-out conditions on the hills for a time, and it turned to moderate snow at the end.

:D
