We've had some light snow here, this morning. Needless to say, it hasn't been settling.

A mixture of snow grains, flakes and, at some time overnight, freezing drizzle. Just under 2cm of lying snow, 100% cover.

The snow line appears to be around 200m.

Ultra light snow grain shower this morning. The very definition of the term "snizzle".

Yep had that most of the morning in both Reading along the M4 and Slough

Covering of snow here from overnight showers up in the hills of Saddleworth, has

been blowing about a fair bit too in the wind, nothing major, but its still nice to see a

covering of snow about

Light snow grains this morning, you could clearly see them being blown around on the floor.

Quite surprised when I got home from work, (in Leeds, where there is not a single grain), to find there's still a definite covering here, and where it's blown about there are some little drifts which could be as much as 6-8 cms deep (!!!!!!). This cold spell really doesn't want to b**ger off without a fight it seems.

Intermittant snow grains or flakes throughout the day today. The snow cover has persisted all day above 290m.

A few snow grains falling this morning but no addition to the existing snow cover overnight.

Snow grains flurrying around for a few hours earlier this morning. Got quite 'heavy' (like thick drizzle) for a while. Not even any dampness on the ground though.

Moderate snow for a time above 700m on the Berwyns in 60mph winds. Was really artic like up there. A few small snow grains blowing around back at lower levels. Back home now and sun is making an appearance !
