I'd go for traditional, but what are the digital ones like. More importantly, which costs more  ?

Most Digitals are around £30+, but offer a few more features such as history. I have found a traditional for about £22, and does everything you need it too  . here

found a digital for 19.99, and its a mini weather station : http://www.outdoorgb.com/p/oregon_long_ran...hygro_baa898hg/

try the local car boot for a traditional and have it calibrated..

check the pressure on NW before you go and if its close to then it should be ok..

traditional stuff looks better on the wall too..

edit.. just noticed the prices on metcheck.. should be able to pick one up on the car boot for a couple of quid.. calibration costs about £5

I've got a barometer, but the main needle (the one that records the presure) has unfortunately broken off.

Is this easy to have repaired? It's a tall barometer with thermometer.
