The day started off misty with low cloud spreading from Salisbury Plain. This began to break mid-morning and since then there have been plenty of sunny spells. Breezy from the SW, warm in the sunshine but still fresh feeling out of the sun - an effect of being not too far from the windward coast, max 20c.
