Nice looking storm in the North East.

No storms here yet,just a brief torrential downpour at 5am.

Thunderstorm passed through Belfast about an hour ago.Produced some torrential rain, few flashes of lightning and a few rumbles aswell. Very muggy feel to the air outside.

Also in Belfast, Fantastic rolling thunder, getting louder. Light rain atm. No significant lightning observed so far.

Heavy thunderstorm ongoing in Newtownabbey, rain intensity increasing but only CC lightning at present and fairly infrequent

Storm intensifying with more frequent thunder seems to roll on for ages. No sign of lightning now though. Rain mod/heavy

Amazing, just had 3 storms in 2hours

The 4th is under way now

Saw hundreds of CG's and CC's flashing away every few seconds and loads of really loud thunder!

Evrything is flooded!

Must leave now as it's right overhead.

Had quite short violent little thunderstorm here at around 17:50

Its turning increasingly thundery here. There is constant lightning and thunder for the past 20 minutes.

Very windy and had a he hail shower to go along with it.

Aye that was some amount of thunder and the rain well not seen it as bad as that in a while, in ek where i am i could see it coming over the eaglesham moors from my flat and it was great seeing the lightning lighting up the whole sky but it seems to have cleared up now

Aye that was amazing thunder and lightling. It was just constant. Its gone off now.

Also managed to capture a bolt of lightning with my moblie :o thats how frequent the lightning was :o

Yeap, its started back up around here. Been going for 20 minutes, on and off.

Heres some pictures from the Uddingston area. I didnt take them, got them from another forum, but there great none the less .
