24.9ºC here, temperature now actually dropping before midday.

I wanted a slice of this hottest July day action, but sea breezes have put paid to that.

Looks like our North western neighbours are in luck though.

Hi Guys,

Well most amateur weather enthusiasts here in Epsom are watching to see if the 1911 record held for this town will tumble today.

Currently at midday it is 32.8c with a rising humidity of 71% :o

Steady easterly really pegging the temperature back and it continues to slowly drop.

"Only" 24.3ºC now, talk about annoying after two 30ºC days.

still rising quite fast, just a shade of 32C here, im just wondering though, I dont think that the mid thirties will be reached here, I think it may stop at 33C again, but I certainly cant grumble about that!

33.2C at the moment, reached 34.1C yesterday. The Welsh record of 35.2C might just go today!

27.0c here in almost cloudless condition. The temperature is actually slightly higher than at the same time yesterday despite a stronger wind, the difference being the wind is SE/E today, yesterday it was E.

Touching 30c here! The blue skies are now giving way to some darker grey clouds from the South West and the sun is fading fast  Very still out there and the feeling of no air.

Callie ;)
