One photo will be picked as the winner from the six finalists below.

This month's photos are simply stunning.

Well done to all the rest :D

I'm loving the colour in the foreground of Tuggy's photo. My mum would have loved that as a 1000 piece jigsaw. :D

I voted for Cloudburst, very nice picture.

I would have voted for Shuggee but the lens flare distracts me a bit, still nice though, as were the other pictures :)

Bit late voting this month. Another hard decision but eventually went for Cloudburst's evening shot of Worcs Cathedral - and then found my vote made it neck and neck for the lead!

So quickly - more votes needed!

Well done Shuggee....despite the last minute rush of votes for the 2nd place photo (all from people who registered today...and shared the same IP address....along with, well, you get the idea) you still managed to hold out for the win.

Winner!

Just a reminder that when entering a photo for the contest, you should avoid re-registering around a dozen times using different names, and voting for your own photo. It's against the rules on so many levels and will lead to a permanent ban.

Argh! This is the sort of thread I often miss (World Cup predictions being another example!) and I needed prompting by pm from a kind soul ... only to find I'm too late.

For what it's worth they are all stunning photos imho. I'd have found it difficult to choose between Shuggee's and Nick F's, though I also love the artistic quality of Louby's and the other two are lovely too.

Right, next time I'm going to pay more attention when these threads pop up. Promise.

(Edit ... well apparently I was still allowed to vote!)

Re-registering as other people?

Whatever next.

Thats sad, why would anyone want to do that? Even if it went unnoticed and the photo won it wouldn't make you feel good would it?

12 new members in just over 2 hours, that is unusually high

I am please it was noticed and appropriate action has been taken :)

Well done Shuggee, a deserved win :)
