The contast between yesterday's weather and today's is unbelievable,today started cloudy and cool but quickly gave way to clear blue skies and almost unbroken sunshine,the heat being made the more pleasant by the light NW wind. Shade temperature at 5 pm was 19.5c.

Beautiful day here in Ayrshire, South West Scotland. Light winds this morning led to temps getting up to 22c. Got a little breezier late afternoon but temps and sunshine still there. Well, until it got dark that is!!!!!
