Summer so far for the North east is looking like this

June==13.5c average temp

july===16c

august..14.98c

Average temp for summer =14.82c

which means so far the north east is -0.24c down average temp should be 15.06c ,

very heavy shower in wrotham kent at around 10am this morning.. and now in dartford I can hear thunder in the distance with some very dark clouds.. looking at the lightning detector there is some lighning around too.

:lol: Today has been a pleasantly warm day with plenty of sunshine, was cloudier from about 14-17.00. Max 22c and a fresh WNW breeze.

Clear and sunny end to the day, 18c.

Cool and breezy with sunny intervals and a few brief, light showers today.

Rain during the early hours of this morning gave 5.2mm and there was fog for a couple of hours once the rain had cleared, the cloud base lifted around 0715, clearing the fog.

Max' temp' today, 15.8c after an overnight min' of 11.7c.

Rainfall from 0900, trace. Sunshine today, 3.70 hrs.

Wind at 1800 g.m.t was 23 mph W with a highest gust today of 39 mph at 1408 g.m.t.
