Is been raining from about 0930, it hasnt stopped yet , since 1030 we have acuumulated 2mm of rain and and its still raining , sky is very grey and dull , hardly any wind , just a mere breeze of 1.5mph from the south west, current temp is a lousy 13.4c with the pressure 999.6hpa lowest its been for quite some time

looks like the warm front may have gone through here, cloud breaks with glimpses of blue sky and an increase in dewpoint, pressure still falling quickly

Dull, Grey, Wet and throughly horrible quite windy it looks like the USA has sent some of the back end of their troplcal storms over here. It looked like some of it was making its way over the Atlantic. Memories of August the 10th Two years ago.

looks like the cold front has well and truely set in here in the north east

temp still on 13.4c, with the dew point on 12.2c. humidity has now reached 93%and the pressure is still falling , now on 994.3hpa , rain for the day so far has now reached 7.2mm this has fallen since 0930hrs.

Just been out to Culver down, IOW's most Easterly point, over 49 mph (recoded on the Solent) more like 55-60mph to me and the rain is back, in sheets temp 17.8c, at home but felt much less in that wind on Culver
