Sun's having a go at shining for the first time today, a bit. Very slight breeze today, 14mm from the rain around midday, which was quite heavy at times.

Hubby's workshop has flooded in Cowley.. They have a cavity in the wall between themselves and the next unit. The gutters couldn't take the rain, so the cavity has filled up. They are using a vacuum pump to empty it which takes 150 litres, they have emptied it 3 times..

This hasn't happened for a while, but looks like the rain has passed for now..
