dry and calm with a lovely yellow sunrise through the Cirrus clouds. Coldest night for a very long time at 3.7C so a touch of ground frost in places in this area I would imagine. The coldest night since I had 3.6C on the 25 mth MAY!!

Not to bad a start but the pressure was falling from early morning. The cloud started to build and light rain began falling at 11 am it has been coming like this since, now very dull overcast wet and misty.

A bizarre day really. Started cold and wet, became milder and dry then windy by midday, heavy rain from mid afternoon and daytime max was 14c. However now the temp's 16c and rising with a gentle breeze and no rain.
