Once again METCHECK has come up with a corker - they've forecast heavy snow for the cleveland, north east england area on 21st November! They do like to give us a laugh don't they!!!!!!

I take it you are talking about the automated forecasts which have barely any accuracy at that time scale anyway?

well about that time last year the welsh moutains had heavy snow(4 inches+)-we got married on the 26th and the horse & carriage people had to cancel! The snow had actually all gone by the 26th though! (started on the 24th)

well metchecks white christmas seems to suggest that devon has a higher chance of a white christmas than the scottish highlands and the midlands. Nothing to do with the fact that thats where metcheck is based is it hee
