General warning to all drivers with regard to large amounts of standing water on the road following heavy rain during the night. This is a county wide problem, all roads affected.

Probably more likely to have been soft hail. Had hail here this morning at about 10am. Lots more heavy rain overnight with a max wind gust of 42mph
