The weather was very windy in the seaside of Lithuania last night (gusts 65-78 mph)

Baltic sea level was very high so flood was in the Old city of Klaipeda:

I read about this one on Wikipedia. The storm was called Per in Sweden. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Per_%28storm%29
