Firstly and most importantly it's been a far calmer day with at most a gentle breeze from the WSW. Secondly the max temp has been lower, but still high for mid-January at 12c. Thirdly there was plenty of hazy sunshine until 14.00, since when it's got cloudy with pointless drizzle at the moment. Temp now 11c.
