They actually got a forecast right and the server blew up in surprise.

Dunno why anyone bothers looking at them. Complete waste of time. I suppose you can buy equipment from them which is the only saving grace.

Metcheck do not sell instruments as far as I'm aware.

However, there is another company called Metcheck that have been around since 1981 and sell exclusively weather instruments. They are at http://www.metcheck.co.uk/ so maybe they are being confused?

Interesting to see a massive difference between Metcheck's forecast for BH23 (Bournemouth Airport) and Net Weather's forecast for today and tomorrow. Both claim to be derived from the 0z GFS run - is this a factor of the resolution difference or do Net Weather factor in a UHI calculation?

Forecast is the crucial word Evo, this is not an exact science, too many probables until the raindrop hits you on the head !!

Also i have a question for metcheck for my area i look at the forecast then in look at a area near me it has the same other sites dont do this but metcheck is still good for my area it gets it right

hiya this is usually a fault in the GFS run, sometime things can go haywire and usually if things look extreme on the site, they generally are wrong, this is usually rectified by the next run
