A perfect winter's day .

-4c to start the day and a hard frost including icy patches. Frost has lingered in the shade through the day and the sun has shone virtually from sunrise to sunset - just patchy cumulus this afternoon. Max 5c, temp is now dropping fast at 2c under a crystal clear sky.
