Well the BBC said it was all moving NE, so Lincoln should see it soon

as for NE England and your team Boro , should see lots of snow

Excellent, cheers pal. Let's home the team bus can't get down to Chelsea this weekend!

Good luck in getting some, if Boro does then you should be in for some i'd imagine.

A few showers heading into this area, not sure if it'll be sleet or snow.

As for tonight its looking borderline for most up here, most forecasts say rain and sleet with hill snow.

I'm at about 200m and about 15 miles inland so i'm pretty hopefull.

Cheers

The reason i put up the traffic wales one is although you have to zoom in your self the cams do come up, with the BBC, as so many people are viewing it can take a while.

Hi yes the traffic wales cams are better, just could not get on to the site so thought if I could send everyone to the BBC site perhaps I would then be able to use Traffic Wales - very selfish :drinks:

Heavy snow here now :drinks:

Started flakeing around 9ish earlier than expected as yesterday it showed it coming here in the afternoon.

It was 1c now dropped to 0.5c.

Wales could get another 4-6inches on the hills especially looking at the radar.

Just goes to show we don`t need very cold upper air temps for snow in certain situations. :)

A completely unforecast (on the BBC) band of wintry ppn extending through SW Scotland to the Western Isles. ANyone up that way say what's falling?

I would guess snow as it comes inland away from the coasts shuggs, the temps up there should be cold enough for it, lets hope it hits Edinburgh later :drinks:

Hi - Please can anyone tell me if we can reasonable expect another large snowfall overnight here in South Wales? Metcheck is forecasting it but I don't know how reliable they are really...

This is an absolute shocker, even people in London have sleet at least, its raining here and moderatly at that. Not a flake in sight.

Drizzle here in Crewe, although I suspect that when the heavier PPN arrives, we could see snow.

Aaaaargh I was thinking of heading over that way but won't bother now!! :drinks:

Can't believe how close gloucester is to me and they've had loads

It's been snowing all day (well since 8.30) here in Chelt but nothing settling. So don't worry, not missing anything!

BBC News 24 have just forecast heavy snow for all of Wales and have issued a severe weather warning. So you should get some heavy snow this afternoon, willitbsunny.
