Real mixture of interesting weather here today.

Woke up to strong winds, moderate rain and the occasional rumble of thunder, which died away into the early afternoon, leaving behind clear skies and sunshine. However, the sky soon clouded over, and wind and rain returned much stronger - estimated gusts of over 40mph around 4pm, as well as heavy rain. Wind and rain decreased by 6, but a moderate breeze and occasional showers have continued into the night.

Current Temperature: 7.9

Outlook: Rain

Report for Wednesday 28th February 2007, Readings taken at 00:00.

After a sunny start it gradually clouded over during the morning. Showers then moved in during the late afternoon, though these passed over relatively quickly, leaving clear spells during the evening. Temperatures were exceptionally above average for the time of year, with the maxima being the highest recorded in February since 2004. Despite this, it did actually feel cool at times, due to a very strong wind.

Current Temp: 6.3°C

Max Temp: 13.0°C (at 13:31)

Min Temp: 6.1°C (at 23:02)

Humidity: 77%

Min Humidity: 62% (at 14:00)

Pressure: 982.1hPa (Falling)

Dewpoint: 2.5°C

Wind: WSW (5mph)

Rain Today: 0.5mm

My February average is 6.2°C (+1.9°C Above the 1971-2000 average).
