    Wet snow and hail off and on here during the early hours, another large shower of Wet snow and hail now

    snow here above about 400m, temp in valley only 3.8

    Think I saw some snow on the fells as I drove in this morning. Hard to be sure as the cloud was as low as I've seen it but it is only 2.8º here and raining.

    mist has gone now and its definitly snow, probaly about an inch.

    Short sharp snow shower here a few minutes ago, skie still fairly dark.
