    Decidedly chilly today with a max' of 5.4c and a NE wind averaging 20-26 mph, the highest gust was 43 mph at 0857 g.m.t.

    Drizzle and light rain at first this morning, accompanied by thick fog; the fog lifted by 0630 g.m.t and the majority of the rain and drizzle cleared by 0900 g.m.t although there have a been a few spots of rain or drizzle from time to time all day. A few short glimpses of the sun during mid-morning otherwise it's been overcast all day.

    Temp' at 1800 g.m.t, 4.4c.
