I'm not sure I entirely agree it will work :lol: There's no real evidence that cloud seeding is all that effective - especially given it's difficult to prove it wouldn't have rained anyway. And when it does work, it still doesn't always go quite to plan

Why do they want it dry anyway, rain's never affected an athlete has it!?*

Perhaps they should try preventing wind which is far more affecting of athletics.

:lol:

Apart from cross country in the middle of a downpour of course.
