"Whooopeeedoooo!", I hear you cry. It's the May photo competition. Yes, as regular as a pair of Levi jeans, it's that time of the month again.

The time to submit your shots has now finished, the entries are in and verified and the Gallery is uploaded for you to choose your favourites, so why not have a go at voting...

    SEE THE ENTRIES HERE

Voting is easy. Simply have a look through the gallery and decide on your five favourite photos. Then post your choices by replying in this thread.

An example - if you like RN 2.jpg, simply list RN 2 as one of your top five photos in your post below.

If I have missed your photo and it's not in the gallery - please let me know.

The most popular choices with then be entered into the final, which will be held later in the month, after this vote closes on Friday 22nd June at 12noon.

The winning entry will appear in the 2008 netweather.tv Calendar.

There are 71 entries over 4 pages :(

We also have six photos for entry into the Non-weather related category, and with such a small number we'll hold off voting until the final of this competition and have two simultaneous votes - in the style of the normal poll.

    SD 4 <<<<<<<<<<<<< Which one?

I might lose a vote, which would be a shame when I'm looking to kick those stormchasers and their dull old thundery showers into touch :whistling:

    • August thunderstorms bring the risk of flooding and disruption

Any rain should be welcome looking at the parched ground but intense downpours aren't enough. Thunderstorms bring the risk of flash flooding as the rain hits the hard, dry ground. Read the full update here
