i think it might be from newzeland cant remember the blinkin name now(sod)i get back to u with it my father had one in his garden...i now u cant smoke it..

It looks like a young Paulownia imperialis to me, http://www.plantpress.com/plant-encycloped....php?plant=1143 ,although it does appear to have grown pretty quickly. It may also be a type of Mallow and particulalry green and healthy because of the soil its growing in.

I can't help but it may be a gooseberry bush, I am only going on the fact that there is a human underneath it, and I for one was found under one according to my parents.
